We are planning another party to help raise money for the Children's Cancer Foundation.  Our goal is to raise $100,000.00 this year.  Once again our good friends at Outback Steakhouse have agreed to cater the event at no cost.  Don Riddle of Homestead Gardens in Davidsonville has jumped on board and will decorate at no cost and our friends at Got To Go are planning to help us as well. We are charging $100 per person and will not ask for any more than that.  We plan to underwrite any expenses we incur as the guests will write their checks directly to the Children's Cancer Foundation.  We want people to just come and eat and enjoy themselves as our friends and know that they have made a difference in the life of a child.

The Chidren's Cancer Foundation was founded twenty five years ago by Shirley Howard. At the age of 83, Shirley Howard is President and still raising approximately 2 million dollars a year for CCF. She underwrites many expenses herself. She operates with a voluteer Board of Directors and a part time bookkeeper. We feel that this is one of the worthiest of worthiest charites. The CCF is a charity committed to raisingfunds for the research and treatment of cancers that affect children.
